One of the big concerns when doing any intervention, especially therapeutic ones, is to respect the other person’s ecology.

In simple terms, this means that you have to take into account the impact the intervention will have in all areas of that person’s life.

Let me tell you… It’s VERY easy to screw up someone’s life if you don’t take that into account.

After witnessing several of Tony’s live interventions, I detected an interesting pattern in his setups.

Tony frames the intervention in the following way: the change would enable to person to give a greater contribution to those (s)he cared about and make the world a better place.
